Getting Rid of the Chunkee Munkee in Me

This is for a 14 yr old friend of my son who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer today (his birthday of all days)

Please send prayers or whatever is you do out for his family. 

Tuesday at 530 am I go in for my hysterectomy (yay)

As happy as I am Im kind of bummed that I wont be able to get to gym (boo)

I wish these posts could be longer but my life is really pretty boring. I hope all is well with all those who are reading this. 

Me at the beginning and then me -17 pounds later. I dont see the difference in the pics but I see it when I look down. I can also feel the difference and I feel so much better in the during pic than I did in the before. I swear I physically feel my self esteem growing. 

Has anyone else going down the weight loss road felt like that they can (literally) feel their self esteem rising?

The closer and closer I get to my first goal I feel so giddy and like I want to tell everyone I come across. I have never felt like this and I really like it. 

Anyone else ever felt this way?

I wanna do this.
